14 Day Returns Policy
We want you to have the best possible experience with our Mr Sprinkle products. If you find that you simply aren’t satisfied with your purchase because it doesn’t fit or it doesn’t suit we give you 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive them. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return the item/s.
If you would like to return your purchase, please package your unused items up in their original packaging then send us an email at mrsprinkleboutique@gmail.com with your order number and we will start the return process with you and provide delivery details to get the items sent back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use a trackable service as we will not be held responsible for any lost returns in transit, if this is the case your order will not eligible for refund. Please allow 5-8 business days for returns to be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or you will be notified if your return has been rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with the above return policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch via email - mrsprinkleboutique@gmail.com. Please provide all details including any photos within 14 days of your products being delivered. We will then assess your request and provide a solution moving forward. Please include your order number in the subject line E.g. Incorrect or faulty item – Order 12432.
Exchange Policy
Due to possibility of our product selling out, we do not accept exchanges.
We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then re-purchasing your desired size or colour.
Cancellation of Orders
Mr Sprinkle may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Our Promise
We guarantee Mr Sprinkle products are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against any defects.
